General considerations

Delivery is made via post or carrier, from Monday to Friday, during business hours. It is always necessary to have someone on site to receive the product. All exchanges and returns must be communicated to the Customer Service through the email [email protected].

Products returned without such communication give Maria Pia Casa the possibility of not being responsible for receiving them.

In the Delivery Act, refuse the product in case of:

Open or damaged packaging. Maria Pia Casa may not be responsible for missing or damaged products if the packaging is damaged at the time of receipt.

Return, Product Availability, Exchange for repentance and Refund:

The deadline for returning your purchase is 10 days from the date of receipt of the product, even if it has no defects. Communicate the SAC through the email [email protected] and wait for our return with the necessary information. In case of regret of the purchase (after 10 days), the store is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.

The customer is entitled to exchange the product within 10 calendar days free of charge. After 10 days we are not responsible for the freight. The product must be sent in the original packaging, with no indication of use, accompanied by an invoice, without violation of the original seal of the manufacturer and manual, possible gift and all accessories.

Exchanges or Returns can only be carried out solely and exclusively through the attendance of the website itself, Exchanges or Returns of any kind or nature are not allowed in the Physical Stores. In the case of Reverse Logistics, the customer must communicate our SAC through the email [email protected] and wait for the information before taking the product to the nearest carrier or post office. It is the customer's responsibility to take the product to the location indicated by the company.

Refund: The refund period is up to 14 days from the return / receipt period of the product at our distribution centers or formal request through the email [email protected] or one of our service channels such as whatsapp 11 94901-2751 In the case of a credit card, a chargeback is made through the invoice, the receipt depending on the closing and request may come in the next invoices, and in the case of payment in boleto, it is made through the checking account of the holder of the purchase. Product Availability : Products that are not available for sale will be clearly identified with the “Product Sold Out” seal. This identification is displayed in the upper right corner of the main product image. All products that do not have the “Product Sold Out” seal are available for sale. Some products are made to order, this information appears inside the product in the "Term" field with the information "This product is made to order", and there may be times when out of stock by our suppliers may occur. Defect:

The product must be in the original packaging, accompanied by your invoice, manual and all the accessories you have. All products will undergo a prior technical analysis to verify the existence of a manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, Maria Pia Casa will arrange for the same product to be sent to the Client's address. Maria Pia Casa is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, according to the report that is provided to us by Technical Assistance.

We clarify that even if the request was made within ten calendar days foreseen for the withdrawal from the purchase, Maria Pia Casa reserves the right to arrange for the product to be repaired, under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code. It is worth remembering that all orders, before being delivered to the carrier, go through a rigorous quality control verification process, so that no defective product is sent. The warranty period for the products is 6 months.
