Orders are shipped by post or carrier after payment confirmation, either by credit card, bank slip or transfer, within three business days.

The deadline for delivery is informed by outsourced transport and is not our responsibility, since delivery is the responsibility of the Post Office or carrier. Free Shipping are part of an exclusive delivery promotion.

We do not deliver to islands and archipelagos. Orders made to these states will require the hiring of complementary transport, due to flooded regions or due to the precariousness of the roads, as it may be delayed. In the case of transport by air or river, additional charges may occur in the order. The customer will be responsible for paying the freight for these transports.

If the customer receives the purchased product damaged by shipping, he will have the option to refuse on delivery and afterwards the product will be replaced, or even have 48 hours from the date of receipt to report the shipping damage, otherwise malfunctions will be considered as misuse and will be treated as a guarantee.

About Receipt

Your material left our company intact in perfect condition. During delivery, in the presence of the carrier, please check that the products are in accordance with the invoice and without any type of damage, labels or packaging violated. In case of any irregularity, please refuse to receive the product (s), describing the reason on the back of the invoice for the carrier's insurance to be claimed.

Attention for furniture delivery

Attention to product delivery. Check the size of elevators and doors to transport the product. Our couriers go up only to the 3rd floor by the stairs, counting the ground floor. Lifting and assembly of the product, on behalf of the customer.

All of our sales are billed for use and consumption. If you are a PJ customer with State Registration, remember that there may be differences in ICMS or Tax Substitution rates to be collected by the buyer. Our CD is located in the State of SP. For tax reasons, we do not deliver products with a CNPJ different from your domicile as per article 127, II, of RICMS / 2000
