How much is the freight?

The calculation of the freight charge varies according to your region. The amount is automatically calculated by our system at the end of your purchase. You can calculate the shipping cost by informing the delivery zip code when you insert the products you want to buy into your shopping cart.

How long to receive the product

The delivery time of the order varies according to the delivery address. Maria Pia Casa serves the whole of Brazil with a partnering logistics company. Our delivery times can vary from two days to ten working days. You will know the delivery time in your region by inserting the product (s) you want to buy and the delivery zip code in the shopping cart. Remember: the delivery period starts to be considered only after the release of your order by the Financial Institution, which varies according to the payment method chosen.

You can pay for your purchase with the following payment methods:

Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard. Our credit card billing system is 100% secure. The numbers are encrypted and are not stored in our database, being sent directly to the credit card company.

Boleto Bancário - You can buy in Boleto Bancário. Just print the generated ticket and pay at any bank branch, lottery and internet bank until the due date.

Where the products come from

All products marketed by Maria Pia Casa have origin and warranty acquired directly from the official suppliers of the brands installed in Brazil.

How to track my order

Yea! To check the history of a specific order, log in to your customer area in the top menu of the website and enter your email and password.

How to exchange or return my product

You have seven calendar days, counting from the delivery of your purchase, to express your opinion about the withdrawal or defect. We accept the withdrawal of the purchase of the product when there is no violation of the seal of the product packaging or any indication of use of the same. The refund process for cancellation of the purchase will only start after receiving the product at our distribution center and checking its conditions. If there is no evidence of use, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for it, cancellation of the purchase with the operator of your credit card, in an account or voucher for exchange for another product. The product replacement period can take up to thirty days to occur. Every exchange or return must be communicated to our call center so that it can provide detailed instructions on the process. Products that are sent to our Distribution Center without prior notice via the Customer Service and without the Shipping Authorization issued by the Customer will be returned to the sender without any inspection. Returned products must accompany all invoice copies for their cancellation.
