To ensure the best use and performance of your frying pan, it is important to respect the maximum volumetric capacity for cooking, which corresponds to 3/4 of the utensil's total capacity. Before the first use, remove all stickers and wash the pan with hot water and detergent. To prevent food from sticking, it is recommended to use a low heat setting, as the pan's triple-layered base ensures even heat distribution, eliminating the need for high heat and, consequently, saving energy. When using a gas stove, make sure the flame does not exceed the base of the pan. If using an electric plate, it should have a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the pan. During cooking, the stainless steel handle may become hot, so it is advisable to use gloves when handling it. It is common for foods high in starch to leave stains on the inside of the pan while cooking. To easily remove these stains, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or vinegar, or use the Tramontina Polishing and Stain Removal Paste. Avoid leaving food in the pan for a long time, as salt can also cause stains. After washing, whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water and dry it immediately to maintain the original shine, as chlorine and other substances in the water can cause stains. The pan can be placed in the oven at temperatures up to 260°C, but be aware that this may cause a change in color. Do not heat an empty pan on a heat source, and after use, only place it on heat-resistant surfaces. If food burns, soak the pan in water for some time before cleaning it. And remember: never immerse a hot pan in water; it is essential to let it cool down before cleaning.
